Information we handle

Administrator-provisioned account information may include your name, business email address, role, organization, and access status. The CRM also records security and operational events needed to protect accounts, troubleshoot the service, and document administrative actions.

Continue with Google

When you choose Continue with Google, Google provides your account's stable identifier, email address, email-verification status, and basic profile information. The CRM uses the verified email once to match an already-provisioned account, then retains the stable identifier and link date so future sign-ins remain tied to the same Google account. Google identity information is used only to authenticate and secure that CRM account; your CRM name, email, role, and permissions remain controlled by the administrator-provisioned record.

CRMWG requests only the OpenID, email, and profile scopes. It does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, calendars, contacts, or other Google content. Google access tokens and refresh tokens are not stored.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, enforce assigned permissions, operate PEC's lead-management workflows, prevent misuse, investigate errors, and meet business recordkeeping and security needs. We do not sell user information or use Google sign-in information for advertising.

Service providers and disclosure

Information may be processed by vendors that provide authentication, hosting, database, security, or email-delivery services. It may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect PEC, WebsiteGenii, users, or the service. Vendors receive only the access needed to perform their contracted functions.

Retention and security

Account identity data is retained while access is active and as needed for security, audit, legal, and operational purposes. An administrator can reset a Google link or deactivate an account. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and questions

You may use another enabled sign-in method instead of Google. To ask about your account data, correct your account email, reset a Google link, or ask a privacy question, contact your PEC administrator or admin@websitegenii.com.

Policy updates

This policy may be updated as the CRM or its legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is made.
