Terms of Service

These terms govern access to CRMWG, a private business application operated by WebsiteGenii for Process Equipment & Controls. By accessing the CRM, you agree to use it only as authorized by PEC or WebsiteGenii and in accordance with these terms and your organization's policies.
Authorized accounts
Accounts are provisioned by an administrator and may not be transferred or shared. You are responsible for safeguarding your password, email account, Google account, and active sessions. Notify an administrator promptly if you believe an account or device has been compromised.
Permitted use
Use the CRM only for legitimate PEC lead-management, customer-service, reporting, and administrative work within the permissions assigned to you. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, view information outside your role, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, scrape data, or use CRM information for an unauthorized purpose.
Business information
Lead, customer, company, and operational information in the CRM is confidential business information. Handle it according to PEC's instructions, applicable law, and any contractual obligations that apply to your work. Access does not grant ownership of that information.
Google and other services
Google sign-in is an optional authentication method for an existing CRM account. Your use of Google remains subject to Google's own terms and policies. The CRM may also rely on hosting, email, and other service providers, which can experience interruptions outside WebsiteGenii's control.
Availability and changes
The CRM is provided as an operational business tool. Features may be maintained, changed, suspended, or discontinued, and uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. These terms may be updated as the service or legal requirements change; the effective date will identify the current version.
Suspension and termination
PEC or WebsiteGenii may suspend or remove access when a user no longer needs it, violates these terms, creates a security risk, or when continued access is otherwise inappropriate. Obligations concerning confidential information continue after access ends.
